Open Call in Brattleboro

{Saturday, January 13th – Saturday, March 10th} Open Call NXNE brings 22 artists together for a juried show in Brattleboro.

Calling all artists—well, 22 of them anyway. Brattleboro Museum and Art Center presents its latest juried exhibition in Open Call NXNE 2018, which brings together artists from New England and New York in what will certainly be a more civil cultural exchange than say, a Red SoxYankees game. The 22 artists showing at Open Call NXNE this year were selected by juror Sique Spence, director of Nancy Hoffman Gallery. They include: Pat Bega, Bradley Butler, Cindy Davis, Rita Edelman, Marjorie Forte, William Hays, Charlie Hunter, Edward A. Kingsbury, Niki Kriese, M.P. Landis, SeungTack Lim, Linda Mahoney, Mary Mattingly, Frank Ozereko, Justin Perlman, Robin Reynolds, Deborah Rubin, Sayward Schoonmaker, Russell Serrianne, Jen Simms, Scott Tulay, and Antoinette Winters.

Selected images from the exhibit can be viewed online in advance of the exhibit. An opening reception will be held on Saturday, January 13th at 11 a.m. Admission and brunch will be served.
